When Stacking Makes Sense
Some peptide combinations have clear mechanistic rationale. Pairing a GHRH analogue (such as CJC-1295 or Sermorelin) with a GHS-R agonist (such as Ipamorelin) creates two independent inputs into GH secretion — GHRH amplifies pulse amplitude, while the ghrelin-receptor agonist adds a separate secretory stimulus. The combined pulse exceeds what either compound produces alone. When Stacking Does Not Make Sense
