The terms governing use of the UAE Peptide Clinic website, physician consultations, prescription orders, payments and delivery within the UAE.
1. About Us
UAE Peptide Clinic is a trading name of Aevum Health Solutions FZCO, a company incorporated in the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA) under License Number 90017, with registered offices at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. Aevum Health Solutions FZCO is licensed to operate as a Therapeutic Services Brokerage Via Electronic Media. By accessing or using this website (the "Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Our Role — We Are a Brokerage, Not a Medical Provider
UAE Peptide Clinic (operated by Aevum Health Solutions FZCO) is a technology-enabled telehealth brokerage. We are not a medical clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We connect eligible patients with independent, UAE-licensed physicians who assess, diagnose, and issue prescriptions at their sole clinical discretion, and with UAE-licensed compounding pharmacies that dispense and fulfill those prescriptions. All clinical decisions — including whether to prescribe any product — are made entirely and independently by the licensed physician. Aevum Health Solutions FZCO bears no responsibility for any clinical decision made by a physician, or for any outcome arising from treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are located in the United Arab Emirates. Our services are available to UAE residents only. You must not use the Site if you are prohibited from receiving the relevant services under the laws of the UAE or any other applicable jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is lawful in your location.
4. Medical Consultation and Prescription Requirement
No product available through UAE Peptide Clinic may be purchased or dispensed without a valid prescription issued by a licensed physician following an appropriate clinical consultation. By using the Site, you acknowledge that: (a) a consultation is a clinical service governed by UAE healthcare regulations; (b) the physician may decline to prescribe at their discretion; (c) the prescription is issued by an independent professional, not by Aevum Health Solutions FZCO; and (d) you must provide truthful and complete health information to the physician. Providing false or misleading health information may endanger your health and may constitute a criminal offence under UAE law.
5. Independent Physician Relationship
The physicians accessible through our platform are independent licensed healthcare professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Aevum Health Solutions FZCO. Your relationship with your treating physician is a direct patient-physician relationship governed by UAE healthcare law. UAE Peptide Clinic facilitates the introduction of that relationship but is not a party to it. Any complaint regarding a clinical decision should be directed to the physician directly or to the relevant UAE health authority.
6. Independent Pharmacy Relationship
Products are dispensed by independent UAE-licensed compounding pharmacies that hold all relevant MOHAP, DHA, or DOH licenses required for their activities. These pharmacies are not employees, agents, or representatives of Aevum Health Solutions FZCO. Aevum Health Solutions FZCO coordinates the fulfilllment process but does not manufacture, compound, or directly dispense any pharmaceutical product.
7. Product Quality and Cold Chain
All products available through UAE Peptide Clinic are sourced from manufacturers whose facilities comply with applicable pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. Third-party certificates of analysis are available on request. Products requiring cold-chain storage are transported between 2°C and 8°C from pharmacy to delivery point. Once a product has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for correct storage passes to you. UAE Peptide Clinic and our pharmacy partners accept no liability for product degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Peptide therapy outcomes vary between individuals. No representation or warranty is made — by UAE Peptide Clinic, by our physicians, or by our pharmacies — that any product will produce any specific health outcome or result. Testimonials and case studies published on the Site represent individual experiences and do not constitute a guarantee. You acknowledge that healthcare involves inherent risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
9. Off-Label Use Disclosure
Some peptide compounds available through our platform may be prescribed for uses that are not specifically approved by MOHAP or equivalent regulatory bodies. Such prescriptions are made at the sole clinical discretion of the prescribing physician in accordance with their professional judgement. Aevum Health Solutions FZCO does not endorse, recommend, or take responsibility for off-label prescribing decisions.
10. Payment and Pricing
Prices displayed on the Site are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment providers. All payments are final except as set out in our Returns and Refunds policy. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Orders are subject to availability and physician approval.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the prescription-only and temperature-controlled nature of pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been dispensed and dispatched. If you wish to cancel before a prescription has been issued, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or in error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
12. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Site or our services to: (a) purchase products for resale or redistribution; (b) obtain prescriptions for persons other than yourself; (c) provide false or misleading information during a consultation; (d) circumvent any access restriction, security measure, or verification process; (e) engage in any activity that violates applicable UAE law or regulation; or (f) use the Site in any manner that could harm, overburden, or impair our systems or other users.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, software, and design — is the property of Aevum Health Solutions FZCO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Site content is strictly prohibited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Aevum Health Solutions FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for: (a) any clinical decision made by an independent physician; (b) any adverse health outcome arising from treatment; (c) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage; or (d) any loss arising from factors outside our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Aevum Health Solutions FZCO in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aevum Health Solutions FZCO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any false or misleading information you provide; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
16. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal and health data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and all applicable health data regulations. Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described therein, including the sharing of your health information with the independent physicians and pharmacies who provide services to you.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aevum Health Solutions FZCO in relation to your use of the Site and our services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
