UAE Peptide Clinic is a trading name of Aevum Health Solutions FZCO, incorporated under the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), License Number 90017, with registered offices at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. Our licensed activity is Therapeutic Services Brokerage Via Electronic Media. We are the Data Controller for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. We collect: (a) Identity and contact data — name, email address, phone number, residential address, date of birth, and Emirates ID or passport number where required for prescription verification; (b) Health data — medical history, current medications, symptoms, consultation notes, and any other health information you share with a physician via our platform; (c) Order and payment data — products ordered, prescription reference numbers, payment method details processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (we do not store card numbers); (d) Usage data — IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and session duration, collected via cookies and analytics tools; (e) Communications — messages you send to us via email, chat, or contact forms.
4. Health Data — Special Category
Health data is classified as a special category of personal data under the UAE PDPL and is subject to heightened protection. We collect and process your health data only: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) to provide the telehealth brokerage services you have requested; and (c) to share with the independent licensed physician and pharmacy who provide your care. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@uaepeptideclinic.com, though withdrawal may prevent us from continuing to provide services to you.
5. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to: (a) facilitate your consultation with an independent UAE-licensed physician; (b) coordinate your prescription fulfilllment through a UAE-licensed pharmacy; (c) arrange delivery of your prescribed products; (d) manage your account, orders, and communications; (e) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law; (f) improve our platform and services through aggregated, anonymized analytics; and (g) send you service-related updates and, where you have opted in, educational or promotional content.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
As a brokerage, sharing data with service providers is central to delivering your care. We share your data with: (a) Independent UAE-licensed physicians — to conduct consultations and issue prescriptions; (b) UAE-licensed compounding pharmacies — to dispense and fulfill your prescription; (c) Delivery and logistics providers — to transport your products under cold-chain conditions; (d) Payment processors — to handle secure payment transactions; (e) Technology providers — for platform hosting, analytics, and customer support tools, under strict data processing agreements; (f) Regulatory authorities — where we are legally required to disclose. We do not share your data with any party for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
7. International Data Transfers
Some of our technology providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with the UAE PDPL requirements. Your health data shared with physicians and pharmacies remains within the UAE.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These include: encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest; access controls limited to personnel with a legitimate need; secure password and authentication requirements; and regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no digital system is completely secure. You use our platform at your own risk and should notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal and health data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Medical consultation records and prescription data are retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with UAE healthcare record-keeping requirements. Order and payment records are retained for seven years in accordance with UAE commercial law. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain it.
10. Your Rights Under UAE PDPL
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data and receive a copy; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations; (d) restrict or object to certain processing; (e) withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and (f) lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office (www.uaedataoffice.ae).
